Location: Hybrid We are seeking highly motivated and driven Management Trainees to join our GHG Accounting and Carbon reduction projects related company. As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for learning and developing skills in various departments of the company, including project management, operations, marketing, business development, and technical services. In this role, you will work closely with experienced professionals in each department and participate in hands-on training and projects. You will be responsible for assisting with project planning and execution, analyzing data, conducting research, developing reports, and supporting other functions of the company as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in environmental sustainability, GHG accounting, and carbon reduction projects. You should have excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong interest in environmental sustainability, GHG accounting, and carbon reduction projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data and develop reports. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. High level of integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Relevant internship or work experience in the environmental or sustainability industry is preferred.
